4.1 Power-ON is not Possible

Step

Is the power cord plugged in an appropri-
ate outlet (of the correct voltage)?

Are the connections secure between the
LVPS (CN1) and the Mother PBA (CN1),
between the Mother PBA (CN24) and the
Main PBA (CN12)?

Are the rated voltages being output from
the LVPS?

When no problem is found in all the steps
above, the PBA's may be defective.

4.2 Nothing is Indicated on the LCD Display

Step

Is the cable firmly connected between the
Operation panel (CN1) and the Mother
PBA (CN19), between the Mother PBA
(CN24) and the Main PBA (CN12)?

If no problem is found in the step above,
the Operation panel itself or the PBA's may
be defective.

Check points
Check points
Plug the power cord in an appropriate out-
let.
Connect each PBA firmly.
Measure the voltages between the follow-
ing pins of the LVPS (CN1). When the rated
voltage is not measured, replace the LVPS.
Measuring points
Pin 1 - Pin 6
Pin 7 - Pin 10
Pin 10 - Pin 9
Pin 11 - Pin 14
Pin 15 - Pin 16
Replace in the order of: Main PBA, Mother
PBA.
Insert the cable or connector to the con-
nectors firmly.
Replace in the order of: Operation panel,
Main PBA, Mother PBA.
