Are the terminals contacting between the
LSU and top of the Drum unit (discharge
lamp contacts.)

Is the cable firmly connected to the Mother
PBA (CN12), between the Mother PBA
(CN24) and the Main PBA (CN12)?

When no problem is found in steps above,
the Drum unit itself or Main PBA be de-
fective.
4.3.8 "DEVICE ERROR 21"

Are the terminals contacting between the
LSU and top of the Drum unit dirty or de-
formed.

Is the cable firmly connected to the Mother
PBA (CN12), between the Mother PBA
(CN24) and the Main PBA (CN12)?

When no problem is found in steps above,
the Drum unit itself, the Main PBA or the
Mother PBA may be defective.
4.3.9 "DEVICE ERROR 22 to 25"

Is the cable from the Fuser firmly con-
nected to the LVPS (CN3), between the
Mother PBA (CN24) and the Main PBA
(CN12)?

Is the cable from the Fuser firmly con-
nected to the Mother PBA (CN4), between
the Mother PBA (CN25) and the Main PBA
(CN13)?

When no problem is found in the steps
above, the Fuser itself, the LVPS, or the
PBA's may be defective.

Insert the cable to the connector firmly.
Replace in the order of: Drum unit, Main
PBA, Mother PBA.
