6.10 PROFIsafe communication
Configuring the telegram
Proceed as follows to configure the PROFIsafe telegram;
1. In STARTER change to the associated project.
2. In the project navigator, double-click on "<Control Unit> > Communication > Telegram
configuration".

3. First select standard telegram 1, and then change back to "Free telegram configuration
with BICO".
The reason for this is the automatic pre-assignment of the PROFIdrive control words.
However, adaptations are still required, which are only possible for a free telegram
configuration.
