The abnormal completion in the case shown below, and the error code is stored in the
device specified with the complete status storage device (D2).
If the complete status storage device (D2) is omitted, an error is not detected and
operation becomes "No operation".
Instruction request to Motion CPU from PLC CPU exceeds the permissible
value.
There are 65 or more simultaneous D(P).SFCS instruction requests to the
Motion CPU from the PLC CPU, therefore the Motion CPU cannot process
them.
The Motion SFC program No. to start is outside the range of 0 to 255.
The diagnostic error flag (SM0) is turned on an operation error in the case shown
below, and an error code is stored in the diagnostic error register (SD0).
The target CPU module specified is wrong.
(1) The reserved CPU is specified.
(2) The uninstalled CPU is specified.
(3) The first I/O number of the target CPU/16 (n1) is outside the range of
3E0H to 3E3H.
It cannot be executed to the specified target CPU module.
