When the items above are incorrectly set to the following:
(1) Effective load ratio (2B09H, size 32 bits)
(2) Servo motor speed (2B02H, size 16 bits)

• Registered monitor addresses for the optional data monitor are imported after the power is turned ON or the
CPU module is reset.
• Set data types that use 2 points in either "[Pr.91] Optional data monitor: Data type setting 1" and "[Pr.591]
Optional data monitor: Data type expansion setting 1" or "[Pr.93] Optional data monitor: Data type setting 3"
and "[Pr.593] Optional data monitor: Data type expansion setting 3". The setting values of both "[Pr.92]
Optional data monitor: Data type setting 2" and "[Pr.592] Optional data monitor: Data type expansion setting
2" and [Pr.94] Optional data monitor: Data type setting 4" and "[Pr.594] Optional data monitor: Data type
expansion setting 4"are ignored.
• Confirming the correctness of the object size cannot be performed on the Motion module. As such, the
monitor output value will not be stored correctly when the set object size and the actual object size are
different. Exercise caution when directly specifying from the engineering tool or setting the optional data
monitor from the buffer memory.

• When a value other than 08H, 10H, 20H, or 40H is set in "[Pr.591] Optional data monitor: Data type
expansion setting 1" to "[Pr.594] Optional data monitor: Data type expansion setting 4", the value is treated
as being 20H.
• When a CiA402 object that cannot be monitored is set, the error "PDO mapping setting error" (error code:
1C48H) occurs and communication with that axis is not performed.

Setting details/setting value
• • Set the data type monitored in optional data monitor function every data
type setting. (Page 341 Data that can be set)
• When "0: No setting" is set, the stored value of "[Md.109] Regenerative
load ratio/Optional data monitor output 1" to "[Md.112] Optional data
monitor output 4" is different every data type setting 1 to 4.
Set the data type monitored in optional data monitor function.
The actual object size is 16 bits, so the monitor is
only output to "[Md.109] Regenerative load ratio/
Optional data monitor output 1".

The actual object size is 32 bits, so the monitor is
only output to "[Md.110] Effective load torque
/Optional data monitor output 2" and
"[Md.111] Peak torque ratio/Optional data monitor output 3".
The actual load ratio (2B09H) is output to the monitor.
The servo motor speed (2B02H) is output to the monitor.
The servo motor speed (2B02H) is output to the monitor.
The regenerative load ratio (2B08H) is output to the monitor.
