Input axis phase
Phase compensation amount of input axis is equal or

exceeding the maximum value (2147483647).

• Set a smaller phase compensation advance
time.
• Decrease the input axis speed.
• Confirm the enabled direction of the rotation
direction restriction setting. (The setting may
be reversed.)
• Check if the input axis moves to the reverse
direction of the enabled direction.
• Set a lower value if the number of decimal
places for speed command setting is available
in the input axis setting.
• Switch the units from minute to second if the
speed command time unit setting is available
in the input axis setting.
• Decrease the input axis speed.
Replace the battery.
• Set a value within the range.
• Do not change the settings other than "No
Clutch" to "No Clutch".
• Set a value within the range.
