The Motion module uses the following input/output points for exchanging data with the CPU module.
• 4-axis module/8-axis module/16-axis module...32 points
The input/output signals of the Motion module are shown below.
*1 The input/output signals, whose axis Nos. exceed the number of controlled axes, cannot be used.

• The use prohibited signals are used by the system, and cannot be used by a customer. If these signals are
