ANDQT function block

Function description
ANDQT function block
Functionality
ANDQT function is used to form general combinatory expressions with boolean variables. ANDQT
function block has four inputs and two outputs. One of the outputs is inverted. The output signal is 1 if
all of the input signals are 1.
Default value on all four inputs is logical 1 which makes it possible for the user to just use the
required number of inputs and leave the rest unconnected. The output OUT has a default value 0
initially, which will suppress one cycle pulse if the function has been put in the wrong execution order.
