This function is specific to PWC600. It takes the instantaneous sample and RMS values from two 3-
phase sources as inputs. Based on the source selector setting, it provides the same signals from the
selected source as outputs to the receiving functions. The function also provides a blocking output,
which can be used for blocking other functions while re-synchronizing to the selected source.
