Inrush current peak evaluation

Starting from activation of the Close command input CLCMDINP, ACBMSCBR searches for the
current sample (from I3PL input) having the highest absolute value within 15 power cycles. To filter
out high-frequency transients, only sets of four consecutive samples exceeding the threshold level
defined by InrushCurRef are considered. The signed sample value is published as inrush current
peak at the INRUSHPLX output.
This evaluation is done only for transformer loads.

Electrical status of load

As soon as the load voltage or current RMS received by the function (through I3PL or U3PL) crosses
a pre-defined open coarse threshold value (absolute value of OpenCThreshold), then binary output
LOADONLX gets activated and remains active as long as it satisfies the condition.
Similarly, as soon as the load voltage or current RMS received by the function (through I3PL or
U3PL) falls below a pre-defined open fine threshold value (absolute value of OpenFThreshold), then
binary output LOADOFFLX gets activated and remains active as long as it satisfies the condition.

Operation count monitoring

With the monitoring of actual operations, the function also counts the number of CB operations. For
that purpose, a cycle of CB closing and CB opening is considered as one operation. The function
presents output(OPRCNTRST) to accommodate the count of Close and Open cycles operations.
