Description of conditions
When electrical status cannot be used (that is the applicable
setting FeedbackSigC or FeedbackSigO in ACBMSCBR is
selected as "None") and mechanical feedback is unavailable
(either mechanical feedback is disabled OR mechanical
feedback is enabled with no auxiliary contacts available).
This information is received via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
If a close command is received when the circuit breaker is
already monitored in closed condition OR
If an open command is received when the circuit breaker is
already monitored in open condition
The circuit breaker position is evaluated in the ACBMSCBR
function and the indication of redundant operation is received
by the OPLOGTRIG function via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
When a command is issued and no feedback of mechanical or
electrical status change is detected within 300ms (irrespective
of the system frequency) from the time the output command is
issued by the IED.
A failed operation is monitored by the function via co-ordination
input CRDACOPLx.
When the mode 1450 has electrical target error* alarms
detected above the specified limits.
When any operation is performed and after that electrical CB
status and mechanical CB status are opposite to each other.
A CB intermediate position is monitored via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
When the mode 1449 has electrical target error* alarms
detected above the specified limits.
When the mechanical operating times are inconsistent (varying
by 10% over previous operating time) for two consecutive
operations.
Close operations are compared to close operations only, and
likewise for open operations.
This mode may be declared for several operations till the
CBUnstable condition is reset.
A CB's unstable condition is monitored via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
When the controlled switching commands to the CB are
emitted without point-on-wave synchronization, all three phases
simultaneously.
A bypassed operation is monitored via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
When the difference between actual arcing time and predicted
arcing time is more than 2 ms.
Reignition is monitored by the function via co-ordination input
CRDACOPLx.
When the mode 1442 has electrical target error* alarms
detected above the specified limits.
