Determines memory space at every empty slot for PHP (PCI Hot-plug).
Reserved memory space is:
[Disabled]: None
[Minimum]: 6 (2+4) MB
[Middle]: 48 (16+32) MB
[Maximum]: 96 (32+64) MB
