At the unwinder
Close all doors and Covers and make sure that the Control on
button works correctly

Check the Unidrive connections at 24F1- 29F1
Make sure that the Boards are inserted correctly

Check the Unidrive connections at 24U0
Make sure that the Boards are inserted correctly

Make sure that the Unidrives turn on

Note: For each of the following tests, the Connections are 3 x 400V + N + G.
The Neutral and Phase should also be checked against Ground.

Turn the circuit breaker 20F8 on
Make sure that the Cabinet Fan works correctly
Make sure that the Power Supply (20G8) green LED is on
26.
Turn the circuit breakers20F8.1 on
Make sure that the PLC LEDs are lit
The I/O (60A0 – 60A2) LEDs do not light at this stage.
27.
Turn the following circuit breakers on:
a. 20F3.1
b. 43F1
c. 22F7
28.
Check the Unidrive connections at VB2- FX
Make sure that the Boards are inserted correctly
Turn the Unidrives on
29.
Turn the following circuit breakers on:
a. 11Q3
b. 11Q5
30.
Turn the following Unidrive circuit breakers on:
a. 24F1
b. 25F1
c. 26F1
d. 27F1
e. 28F1
f. 29F1
31.
Turn the printing engines main power on.
