M Overdraft
Visually check that there is no severe overdraft, smearing, or fog below each
of the seven lines.
Compare to the reference master CATP job.
N White overdraft check
The colored row consists of white text on color. The text row consists of
colored text on white background. Check that all the texts (white and colored,
all sizes) are clear and readable, without any ink contamination between
letters.
Compare to the reference master CATP job.
O Diamonds, Stars, Circles, & Squares
Good
The edges of the diamond figures must be sharp and not broken in the
process direction. No ink spots should be seen in between the diamonds or
where the diamonds meet.

In the star patterns, the tips of the radial spokes should point clearly to the
center without touching one another in the negative image. There should be
no distortions of the triangular shapes of the spokes.
Check that hairline spaces exist between the circles and squares.
P Highlight transfer
There are two boxes for each separation containing 1 & 2 pixels in each box,
respectively. The boxes are labeled 1p and 2p.
Check for a complete image transfer in the 2p boxes for each separation.
In the 1p boxes, an image transfer of at least 50% should be observed.
Compare to the reference master CATP job.
Q Text quality #2
Check the sharpness of the letters. Make sure there is no overdraft, smearing,
hollows, cracks, or broken edges in the letters.
All the letters in all the lines should be readable.
