The following ILP installation procedure is performed (Figure 63):
1. Install the exit stepping plate.
2. Set the ILP close to its final position.
3. Raise the ILP 5 mm above the ground.
4. Adjust the ILP to its final position (level and parallelism).
5. Install the feed stepping plate
6. Adjust the feed and exit stepping plates.
7. Install the unwinder.
8. Install all cables to/from the Electrical cabinet M1, ILP and unwinder.
Positioning the ILP
1. Move the ILP on the floor platform to the input side of PE1.
The ILP should be supported by its castors enabling it to be rolled into position.
