Complete the installation

1.
Close/reinstall all open panels, doors, and covers.
NOTE:
WARNING:
2.
Make sure that the press bypass is disabled and that the bypass keys are removed.
3.
Give the keys to the appropriate customer representative, and make sure that he/she is
aware of and fully understands the above warning and limitations and the warnings and
limitations printed on the envelopes in which the keys were delivered.
4.
Explain to the customer that when the press sits idle for more than 20 minutes, the ILP
automatically drains the priming fluid in the system back to the tank. Water is then pumped
through the system to wash out any residual priming fluid. Because priming fluid begins to
behave like glue after being idle for 20 minutes, it is necessary to wash the system.
5.
Fill in and submit the online Completion Of Installation (COI) form.
Fill in and submit the online press installation feedback report.
An envelope in the System Information File contains the
interlock bypass keys for the HP Indigo press w3250.
These keys may be used only by authorized service
personnel when required for servicing and
maintenance procedures.
The keys must not be allowed to remain in the
interlocks during normal press operation.
