Disable output (H2/B3)

All outputs (except outputs type "Alarm device") can be
individually disabled. Disabled output will stay in (or return to) the
normal condition for the output respectively.
Disabled outputs are listed in menu H4/U1 from which it is also
possible to get a print-out.
