1. Cutting unit 1, which includes cutting reel motor 1
2. Cutting unit 2, which includes cutting reel motor 2
3. Cutting unit 3, which includes cutting reel motor 3
4. Follow the cutting reel motor cable from cutting reel motor 3 to the connector plate mounted on the
traction unit.
Note:
The 2 cutting reel motor cable connectors are secured with clips to the connector plate. The 2
main harness connectors are not secured to the connector plate.
5. Disconnect main harness connectors P40 and P41 from the cutting reel motor cable connectors.
6. Inspect the 2 cutting reel motor cable connectors and the 2 main harness connectors for the following:
•
damage
•
corrosion
•
debris
•
proper alignment and seating of the pins inside the connectors
7. Inspect the 2 cutting reel motor cable connectors for proper wire color per pin, as shown in the following 2
tables.
