1. Temperature sender
2. Unplug connector P16 from the temperature sender.
3. Use a multimeter to test the following pair of locations:

1 Main
2 Main
Pass
The wiring test passed. Go to Step 3.
Fail The wiring test failed. Repair or replace worn or damaged parts as required.
Go to Returning the Machine to Service (page 22)
Step 3: Replace the engine coolant temperature sensor.
1. Replace the engine coolant temperature sensor according to the procedure outlined in the Component
Testing section in Chapter 5 of the 5010-H Service Manual.
2. Go to Returning the Machine to Service (page 22)
