Fault 56: SVRV Out

InfoCenter Display:
Fault Description
The output current is too high from the TEC-5002 to the SVRV hydraulic lift/lower solenoid.
Note:
The SVRV solenoid is also referred to as the SV4 solenoid.
Circuit Description
The TEC controller uses inputs from various machine switches to determine when lift manifold solenoid valves
(SV1, SV2, SV3, and SVRV) are to be energized.
Conditions for Setting the Fault
There must be an electrical failure in the SVRV circuit to trigger this fault. It could be damaged wiring, a
shorted coil, or a malfunctioning TEC-5002 controller.
Recommended Service Actions
Step 1: Verify that the fault repeats.

Operate the machine.

The fault did not repeat. Go to

If the fault does not repeat, an isolated event has occurred.
Fail
The fault repeated. Go to Step 2.
Step 2: Test the wiring and coil resistance of SVRV
This Step measures the resistance of the wiring and the coil for SVRV.
Use a multimeter to test the resistance between the following pair of locations:
