Fully reassemble the machine. This includes all guards, covers, cable ties, and parts loosened or removed.
Note:
If you unplugged connectors P51 or P37, align the tabs on the inside of the connector with the slots
in the receptacle. Push the connector into the receptacle and rotate the locking collar on the connector
clockwise until it engages with the receptacle and begins to pull the connector in. Continue turning the
locking collar another 1/4 to 1/3 of a turn clockwise until it seats completely and clicks into place.

If you unplugged the 48 Vdc battery disconnect, plug it back in. Refer to

Ensure that all nuts, bolts, screws, and belts are properly tightened.

Start the engine.

If you replaced a cutting reel motor, the motor/generator controller, InfoCenter, or the TEC-5002,
you may receive a Software Version Incompatibility fault (faults 45 through 52) for the replacement
component. If you do, follow the diagnostic path in this book for that fault.
7.
Run the machine and verify that all systems function safely and correctly.
8.
If any faults are reported while running the machine, follow the procedures outlined in this manual
to correct them.
Note:
If you receive the same fault that you were troubleshooting, go back to the troubleshooting step on
which you last worked. Review all previous diagnostic steps to determine a diagnostic plan. It may be
necessary to restart troubleshooting from the beginning.
