Fault 5: Main Power Relay Failure

Fault Description
The main 12 Vdc power relay or circuit wiring is faulty.
Circuit Description
The main power relay is used to provide current to the TEC-5002, headlights, power port, and optional
electric equipment. When the ignition switch is in either the O
power relay is energized. If all 3 of the 12 Vdc battery voltage circuits are reporting an open condition, a fault
5 is reported. Analysis of the 12 Vdc battery circuits in the TEC-5002 controller may indicate that the main
power relay has failed.
Conditions for Setting the Fault
The main power relay is used to provide current to the TEC-5002, headlights, power port and optional electric

Recommended Service Actions
Step 1: Verify that the fault repeats.
