Step 6: Measure 48 Vdc power in main harness connectors P38 and
P39.
Note:
Connector diagrams are available in Step 7.
1. Verify that the engine is shut off.
2. Disconnect main harness connectors P38 and P39 from the cutting reel motor cable connectors.
3. Rotate the ignition key to the O
4. Measure the voltage between pins 1 and 2 of connector P39. The reading should be 48 Vdc.
5. Measure the voltage between P38 pin 1 and P39 pin 2. The reading should be 48 Vdc.
6. Rotate the ignition key to the O
Pass The voltage readings were good. Go to
the steps listed.
Fail The voltage readings were not good. Go to Step 7.
Step 7: Test the power and ground wiring in main harness connectors
P38 and P39.

resistance between the following pairs of locations:
