Set the department access code using the following option.

If this value is LT and the paper size in the printer description language
(PDL) is also LT paper size, the resulting booklet is scaled to fit on letter
sized paper. If this value is A3 and the paper size in the PDL is A4, then
the resulting booklet is a tiled booklet on A3 sized paper.
