Owner: a name that identifies the person who initiated the job.
Actions
The check mark column allows you to take action on multiple jobs at the
same time. Clicking the check-all button at the top of the column either
selects or deselects all jobs.
Administrators can delete jobs that are not currently printed, edit the
copy count of proof jobs, and release proof and scheduled jobs.
End users can delete jobs that are not currently printed, edit the copy
count of proof jobs, and release their own proof and scheduled jobs.

Fax Tab

The Fax tab provides links to the fax jobs in the various queues. The list
displays jobs based on the job types you select.
Job Types
The fax job types are:
Current: displays a list of the current jobs in the fax queue.
Delayed: displays fax jobs that the controller sends at a later date
and time.

Number of Pages: the total number of pages in the job.
Size: the size of the file.
Time and Date: the time and date the job was submitted.
Type of Job: current, Private, Proof, etc.
