If the template is password-protected, the Password popup appears.

You can set a template password on the New Template page when you
create the template.
To change the template password, use the Edit procedure. See

Deleting Public Templates
You can delete multiple templates in one operation provided they are not
password protected (do not have a padlock icon). The
Templates page is unavailable until you select at least one template.
You must delete password-protected templates one at a time.
