Banner Options
Control the appearance of the banner page with the following options.

The default value for this option is that the banner page prints first.
Banner Paper Source
Specify the banner paper source using the following options.

If the banner paper source is not specified, the PCL5e auto paper source
command <esc>&l7H is sent. You cannot set the banner page source to
manual feed. The paper size always has priority over the paper source.
Example: The command to specify that the banner page paper source to
the tandem LCF is lp –o btandem <filename>.

Banner Page Options
Print the banner after the job so that it will be physically
on top of the job in the output tray.
Print the banner before the job so that it will be physically
under the job in the output tray.
Do not print a banner. The ability to specify the
"nobanner" option can be disabled by the system
administrator to force all jobs to print with a banner. Even
if the "nobanner" option is disabled the banner can still
be disabled by using the "nb" or the "raw" option.

Select the tandem paper tray.
Select the upper paper tray.
Select the upper paper tray.
Select the middle paper tray.
Select the pedestal upper paper tray.
