TRANSFER ASSEMBLY

Disassembly
1) Remove rear mounting.
2) Remove output case bolts.
3) Remove transfer lock bolt from rear case.

2. Driven case
3. Rear case
4) Remove shift fork shaft and then sleeve.
5) Remove caulking of driven gear nut, loosen nut as shown and
remove clutch dog.
Special Tool
(A): 09927-25411
6) Remove driven gear plate and then circlip of ball bearing.
