Check recent repair history.

Oil in coolant
Oil smells of diesel fuel
Oil is milky.
While engine is running, drops of water come from muffler.
If radiator cap is removed and engine is run at low idle, an unusual number of bubbles
appears, or coolant spurts.
Exhaust smoke is white.
Oil level in damper chamber decreases.
When compression pressure is measured, it is found to be low.
Remove injector and check O-ring.
Check cylinder block.
Check rear oil seal.
Pressure tightness test result of oil cooler shows oil leakage.
Remove and check supply pump.
Check seal of auxiliaries.
