Procedure, measuring location, criteria and remarks
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connector V25, and connect T-adapters to male side.
Between V25 (male) (1) and (2)
Between V25 (male) (1) and ground
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connector C02 and connect T-adapters to female side.
Between C02(female) (85) and each of (115),
(117), (120)
a If no failure is found in checks on cause 2, this check is not required.
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connectors C02 and V25, and connect T-adapters to either
female side.
Between ground and C02 (female) (85) or
V25 (female)(1)
If no failure is found by above checks, pump controller is defective.
(Since this is an internal defect, troubleshooting cannot be performed.)
