Operation
To place an Intercom call:
1. At multiline terminal, press Speaker.
- OR -
At single line telephone, lift the handset.
2. Dial extension number (or 0 for your operator).
Your call may voice-announce or ring the called extension. Dial 1 to change the way your call alerts the
called extension.
If the extension you call is busy or does not answer, you can dial another extension without hanging up.
To answer an Intercom call:
1. If you hear two beeps, speak toward telephone.
Your telephone picks up your voice.
- OR -
If your telephone rings, lift the handset.
To check the extension data (multiline terminal only):
1. Press the Help key.
2. Dial the extension number.
You display shows your telephone extension number, port number and extension/Department Group.
