Voice Mail Message Indication on Line Keys

Description
Voice Mail Message Indication on Line Keys indicates a new voice mail message on Line Keys or
DSS/BLF keys.
Conditions
• When a DSS key of an installed extension is pressed when flashing it calls that extension.
• You have to use a Voice Mail key (code 77) to get the indication when there is a new message. It can
also be used for installed extensions.

• Voice Mail key calls the VM and logs into the mail box.
• If an Voice Mail key for extension A is placed on extension A, the Large LED lights on extension A for
new message indication. Also the Voice Mail key flashes green.
• Voice Mail LED is a higher priority then any other status for the DSS/BLF key.
• The enabling or disabling of Voice Mail Indication on BLF enables the station with the message to
show up on other telephones. It does not enable/disable stations from seeing the BLF indication.
• Virtual Extension Keys assigned as code
