8002 - Voice Mail Port Options (Part 1)

Use this option to determine which extension is called when a Voice Mail port dials 0.

(DIAL 9 GROUP)
Use this option to specify the dial-9 group for Voice Mail ports. Whenever a Voice Mail port dials 9, the sys-
tem accesses the first available trunk in the group specified by this option. This may occur when Voice Mail
is processing Message Notification callouts.

Outgoing Trunk Group Access
(LINE GROUP n)
Use this option to control outgoing Trunk Group Access for Voice Mail ports. A Voice Mail port can dial out
on a Trunk Group allowed in this option. This may occur when Voice Mail is processing Message Notifica-
tion callouts. You make a separate entry for each Trunk Group (0-9).
