0510 - ACD/UCD Master Extension Numbers and Names: Overflow Destination.
- Enter the IntraMail master number (700).
- Refer to the DS1000/2000 Software Manual for more on this option.
By default, this option is NONE (entered by pressing
0401 - System Timers: ACD/UCD Overflow.
- When all UCD Hunting Group agents are busy, a call will overflow to the destination pro-
grammed in step 1 after this interval (1-9999 seconds).
- Refer to the DS1000/2000 Software Manual for more on this option.
By default, this option is 60 seconds.
8005 - IntraMail Master Mailbox Options: Mailbox Number on page 218.
- Select the Master Mailbox number that corresponds to the UCD Hunting Group you are
programming.
- For example, select Master Mailbox 701 if setting up overflow for UCD Hunting
Group 701.
By default, UCD Hunting master numbers are 700-707.
8005 - IntraMail Master Mailbox Options: Mailbox Type on page 218.
- Select the type of Master Mailbox (1-3) that will provide the desired overflow operation.
- Enter 1 (Call Routing Mailbox) to have overflow provide routing options to callers.
- Enter 2 (Announcement Mailbox) to have overflow play an announcement to callers.
- Enter 3 (Subscriber Mailbox) to allow overflow callers to leave a message.
- Enter 4 (Directory Dialing Mailbox( to allow overflow callers to use dial-by-name.
By default, all Master Mailboxes are Subscriber Mailboxes (entry 3).

- Enter Y (9) to enable the Master Mailbox you choose for overflow.
By default:
- Software versions prior to 03.20.07: Master Mailboxes are inactive (N).
- Software version 03.20.07 or higher: Master Mailboxes are active (Y).
