Type 2 (Range of Days) Answer Schedule Options

Routing Mailbox Number

(MAILBOX NUM)
Use this option to select the Routing Mailbox that will answer calls when this Answer Schedule is active.
Routing Mailboxes can be either Subscriber, Call Routing or Announcement Mailboxes.
If the Routing Mailbox is an Announcement Mailbox, the outside caller will hear the recorded
announcement. Depending on how the Announcement Mailbox is programmed, IntraMail will then
hang up, reroute the call, or provide additional dialing options.
If the Routing Mailbox is a Call Routing Mailbox, the outside caller will hear the instruction menu
and can dial any options allowed by the associated Dial Action Table.
If the Routing Mailbox is a Subscriber Mailbox, the outside caller hears the mailbox greeting (if
recorded) and can leave a message.

Announcement Mailbox number (000-015)
Call Routing Mailbox number (000-015)
Master Mailbox number (600-607, 700-707)
Subscriber Mailbox number (300-427)
UND (Undefined - entered by pressing CLEAR )

✔ Answer Schedule 1 for Answer Table 1 uses Routing Mailbox 000.
✔ All other Answer Schedules are UND (Undefined - entered by pressing CLEAR ).

Schedule Start Day

(START DAY (1-7))
Use this option to select the day of the week on which the selected Answer Schedule should become active.
(To make a schedule run continuously, make the same entry for Schedule Start Day and Schedule End Day.)

1 = SUN (Sunday)
2 = MON (Monday)
3 = TUE (Tuesday)
4 = WED (Wednesday)
5 = THU (Thursday)
6 = FRI (Friday)
7 = SAT (Saturday)
Default
✔ Answer Schedule 1 for Answer Table 1 starts on Monday (2).
✔ All other Answer Schedules are UND (Undefined - entered by pressing CLEAR ).

Schedule End Day

(END DAY (1-7))
Use this option to select the day of the week on which the selected Answer Schedule should stop (become
inactive). (To make a schedule run continuously, make the same entry for Schedule Start Day and Schedule
End Day.)
