Set up the IntraMail Master Mailbox Options.

- Select the Master Mailbox number that corresponds to the Ring Group you are programming.
- For example, select Master Mailbox 601 if setting up recall for Ring Group 601.

By default, Ring Group master numbers are 600-607.

- Select the type of Master Mailbox (1-4) that will provide the desired recall operation.
- Enter 1 (Call Routing Mailbox) to have recall provide routing options to callers.
- Enter 2 (Announcement Mailbox) to have recall play an announcement to callers.
- Enter 3 (Subscriber Mailbox) to allow recall callers to leave a message.
- Enter 4 (Directory Dialing Mailbox) to provide dial-by-name to callers.

By default, all Master Mailboxes are Subscriber Mailboxes (entry 3).

- Enter Y (9) to enable the Master Mailbox you choose for recall.

- Software versions prior to 03.20.07: Master Mailboxes are inactive (N).
- Software version 03.20.07 or higher: Master Mailboxes are active (Y).
