Description
Use 0101 - Class of Service Options to enable or disable various options in an extension's Class of Service.
The Class of Service options used by IntraMail are listed below. For information on the other 0101 - Class of
Service options, refer to the DS1000/2000 Software Manual.

Conversation Record
(RECORD CONV)
Use this option to enable (Yes) or disable (No) an extension's ability to record conversations into their mail-
box. If enabled, the user can press either their Conversation Record key or RECORD soft key to initiate
recording.

Unsupervised Conference
UNSUPERVSD CONF)
Use this option to enable (Yes) or disable (No) Unsupervised Conference for the extension. The Class of
Service for the IntraMail ports must have this option enabled in order to use External Transfer.

Call Screening
(CALL SCREENING)
Use this option to enable (Yes) or disable (No) Call Screening. If enabled, a display keyset use can listen to
(screen) a voice mail message as it is being left in their mailbox. If disabled, voice mail messages go to the
mailbox normally.
