Step 3: Test the 3 main 7.5 amp power fuses.
1.
Raise the operator's seat.
2.
Locate fuse block 1 on the left side of the chassis. See

The 3 fuses on the right side of the block in slots 2, 3, and 4 must be tested.
4.
Follow the Fuse Testing procedure as described in the Electrical System Quick Checks in Chapter 6 of
the Greensmaster TriFlex 3320/3420 Service Manual. Make sure the key switch is in the O
and the key is removed from the switch. Remove the fuses from the fuse block for testing. Each fuse
should have continuity between fuse terminals.
Pass
The fuses all tested good. Go to Step 4.
Fail
At least one fuse did not test good. Replace the bad fuse(s). Go to
(page 21)
and follow the steps listed.
Step 4: Test the main power relay.
1.
Refer to the Electrical System Quick Checks section of the Greensmaster TriFlex 3320/3420 Service
Manual, Chapter 6.
2.
Test the function of the main power relay in accordance with the service manual procedure.
Pass
The main power relay passed the function test. Go to Step 5.
Fail
The main power relay did not pass the function test. Replace the main power relay. Go to
the Machine to Service (page 21)
Step 5: Test for continuity in the main power relay wiring.
1.
Unplug the P01 connector from the TEC controller.
2.
Locate input pin in the connector plug.
3.
Unplug the P20 connector from the main power relay.
4.
Locate pin 4 in the connector plug.
