1.
Repair or replace one or both of the disconnect harnesses, as needed.

Step 6: Test the 10-amp fuse and the wiring to the fuse holder.

Verify that the machine is shut down and that the key is removed from the ignition.
2.
Remove the 10-amp fuse from inside the protective housing and use a multimeter to test it
3.
Use a multimeter and measure the resistance between the following pairs of locations:

The fuse and wiring tested good. Go to Step 7.

The fuse and wiring did not test good. Repair or replace the damaged wiring and/or fuse. Go to

Step 7: Test the 48V Logic relay.
Locate the 48V Logic relay
6, Main Power, Electric Cutting Reels Enable, Charge Circuit (Greensmaster 3320), Glow (Greensmaster 3420)
and Fan (Greensmaster 3420) Relays section, and test the 48V Logic relay.
Pass
The 48V Logic relay tested good. Go to Step 8.
Fail
The 48V Logic relay did not test good. Replace the 48V Logic relay. Go to
Service (page 21)
