This timer is used with ISDN trunks to determine the time
the system waits for the Caller ID name from the Telco.
Caller ID Sender Queing Time (Sender Wait)
Long Distance Code
Area Code
Calling Party Name for ISDN Trunk
When set, sends the Calling Party Name to the network.
Message Type Treated as CID for Analog Trunk
Specify message type number which treats as Caller ID
from analog trunk.
