Multiline Terminal:
To set up a Tandem Call:

To disconnect the Conference, use Forced Trunk Disconnect (i.e., Press the line key +

the originating extension.
Single Line Telephone:
To set up a Tandem Call:
1.
Place or answer first trunk call.
2.
Press hookflash and dial
3.
Place or answer second trunk call.
4.
To set up the tandem call, press hookflash and dial
5.
Hang up.
This sets up a Conference between both outside parties.
Method C – Tandem Trunking on Hang up
