9.2 Functions in the Action Area for Connectivity

■ Add or delete a host by clicking the [Registered And Now Connected] tab
■ Add a host by clicking the [Manual Input] tab
Add or delete a host in a host group in the following procedures.

Add or delete FC hosts, and click the [Modify] button.

Checkbox to select hosts
Select the corresponding host checkbox in the FC host list, to add a host.
Clear the corresponding host checkbox in the FC host list, to delete a host.
→ A confirmation screen appears.
If the WWN is not displayed when clicking the [Refresh] button, make
sure that there is no error in the connection environment, such as the
connection between the host and the switch, and the CA port
settings of the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system. If there is no
error in th e co nnection environ ment, contact th e Su pport
Department, or specify the WWN manually.

Click the [Add] button.
→ The [Add FC Host] screen appears.
