Before the very first download (device fresh from the factory), the value before bus voltage failure is
not defined. For this reason, the communication object is written with 0 and the contact is opened.
If opening of the contact at bus voltage recovery before the first download (building phase) is not
desired, this can be prevented by temporary removal of the KNX voltage.
If the output has been switched manually (on the operating element) or by the receipt of a telegram
on the communication object Scene, this setting will not be taken into consideration after bus volt-
age recovery. Consequently, the switching process after bus voltage recovery is possible irrespec-
tive of the setting not write.
