Set Active power control mode to Dry contact remote control.

If ports of DI1–DI4 have been configured in
contact remote control is unavailable.
Before setting dry contact remote control, ensure that the SmartLogger connects to a
correct ripple control receiver. For details, see
Ripple Control Receiver.
