Step 4 Insert the terminal block into the SmartLogger COM port.
Step 5 Insert the bare cable cores at the other end of the cable into a protection port of the RS485
signal SPD, as shown by (1) in

Press the white contact plate of the corresponding wiring terminal to flip the metal spring
inside the wiring terminal.
Insert the uninsulated part of the core wire into the wiring terminal.
Release the white contact plate to fasten the core wire.
