7.8.2.4 Setting a Tracking System

system over the WebUI.
Because of permission restriction, log in as Advanced User. Choose Monitoring >
SUN2000 > Tracking System to access the target page.
Issue 12 (2019-01-15)
Description
In some specific
application scenarios, a
power grid company
requires that the inverter
can perform reactive
power compensation at
night to ensure that the
power factor of the local
power grid meets
requirements.
When this parameter is
set to Enable, the
system compensates
the reactive power at
night based on the
value of Reactive
power compensation
at night.
When this parameter is
set to Disable, the
system compensates
the reactive power at
night based on the
remote scheduling
command.
Sets the reactive power to
be compensated at night.
When there is no input or
remote scheduling
command on the PV side,
this command is
responded.
The parameters vary depending on the controller manufacturer. Set parameters based on site
requirements.
This function applies only to the 1100 V SUN2000.
