Stapled Binding

The sorted copies can be stapled.
Before Starting Operations:
The optional Single-staple Finisher, Multi-staple Finisher, or Mail-bin Finisher is
required to use this function.
The stapling position can be changed in accordance with the document and the
direction of the copy paper.
You have a choice of Corner stapling or 2-Point stapling when the Multi-staple
Finisher is installed.
Up to 50 pages can be stapled together (up to 30 pages for the Single-staple
Finisher).
Do not use this function with thick paper or OHP film.
The staple cartridge must be replaced when the "Replace the Staple Cartridge"
message is displayed.

Stapling
1.
Load the document in the unit.
For more information, refer to
Section 5 Handling Documents in
Chapter 1 on page 1-25.

Press <COPY>.
3.
Select [Basics] and touch
[Finishing].
