Confirming the Communications Status

Data about the current communication status, such as details on stored
documents awaiting transmission, documents being transmitted, documents
that have been transmitted, and received documents, are stored in the NEC
IT3510/IT2510. These details are available for viewing via the touch panel
display.
Before Starting Operations:
Use [Activity List] to check the communications status. Data about communications is
classified into five categories:
Status: The active functions are displayed.
TX:
Documents that are currently being transmitted, stored documents awaiting
transmission, and documents already transmitted are displayed. Up to 64
documents that are either saved or being sent, and a maximum of 96
transmitted documents can be displayed.
RX:
Documents that are currently being received, waiting to be printed, or that
have been received are displayed. Up to 200 documents that are currently
being received or waiting to be printed, and a maximum of 256 received
documents can be displayed.
Bultn:
Documents that have been registered on the Bulletin Board are displayed.
Such documents can be printed or deleted.
Box:
Documents can be stored in mail boxes that have been set up for each user.
These documents can be printed or deleted.
