NEC IT3510/IT2510 Operations Manual
Manual Reception:

The NEC IT3510/IT2510 activates the telephone handset ringer upon an
incoming call. The user must pick up the handset, press <Start>, and
hang up the handset in order to receive a facsimile. This mode is mainly
used if the user location only has a single telephone line, and that line is
used for both voice calls and facsimile calls.

Registration and Setting Operations on page 3-27.

While Receiving a Document

The touch panel displays a receiving icon:

When reception is complete, a beep is heard.
Ë

When the Recording Paper Runs Out

The touch panel displays an alarm icon indicating the lack of paper. The

'no paper' LED lamp lights on the appropriate paper cassette, as well.
When paper begins to run low, the 'no paper' LED will begin flashing,
Ë
notifying the user to replace the recording paper.
The received document(s) is stored in memory. Once the paper supply
Ë
is replenished, any stored documents will automatically be printed.
