Setting the Priority Facsimile Screen (Continued)

Select the key for the screen to
be displayed first, then touch
[Enter].

To select:
[One-Touch] - This selects the One-
Touch key screen as priority facsimile
screen.
[Abbr#.] - This selects the Abbreviated
dialing key screen as priority facsimile
screen.
[10-key Dialing] - This selects the 10-
key dialing input screen as priority
facsimile screen.
[Index] - This selects the Index key
screen as priority facsimile screen.

Confirm the setting details when
the screen returns as that shown
in step 3. Touch [Enter] if the
setting is correct.

Touch [Enter] repeatedly until
the display returns to the stand-
by screen.

Settings for Received Documents

This function is used to set how the operator wants a document to be handled
after reception.
Methods of Handling a Document after Reception:
Print: Prints the document as soon as it is received.
Forward: Forward the received document to another facsimile.
Print & Forward: Prints the document and also forwards it to another facsimile.
Save to Box: Saves the received document into a mailbox, that has been registered in
advance for each user, without printing it.
Move: Moves the received document to another user's mailbox.
Before Starting Operations:
The factory default setting is to print the document as soon as it is received.
When the unit receives a remote copy facsimile, it prints a received document
irrespective of the current setting.
